How do I get a footswitch to work?

Ah, that is the million dollar question. Well not really, it's worth about a buck. The footswitch is basically a mouse that you operate with your foot. In order for the switch top work you place the mouse pointer on the status bar  and when you click the left button it will open the previous page and the right button will open the next page. What you have to do is to replace the mouse button switched with something more robust that you can step on. For this I used a Dictaphone foot pedal with two switches. I removed the mouse circuit board and placed it inside the footswitch and wired up the switched the the PCB. No what if I want to use the mouse as well? I use a laptop so that's no problem because I can still use the mouse touch pad for this. If you don't have a touch pad I would suggest you just add the footswitch to a normal mouse by wiring up the footswitch to work in parallel with the mouse buttons. Doesn't make sense? Battery Monitor is a utility program to monitor battery level on a laptop computer.
Other usefull features include:

To change display double click app. Display will cycle through the different displays.
